About Us
Little Teapots is a day nursery in Egton Bridge rated "Good with Outstanding Features" by Ofsted*. Founded by Ellie Douglass in 2019, we welcome children aged between 0-5 years and provide funded and non-funded places. Our opening hours are between 8am - 6pm for 51 weeks per year. With over 10 years of Early Years experience, our wonderful, highly qualified staff provide top level care for all of our children.

Our Ethos
At Little Teapots we provide a happy, fun and comfortable setting for little ones to learn and play. We encourage their development and help them to thrive by focussing on each individual child’s needs and use creative and adventurous activities to do so. The outdoors are an extension of inside here at Little Teapots and we celebrate and enjoy all types of weather.
Keeping Children Safe
Safeguarding all children and ensuring that they are happy and cared for within our nursery environment is essential and we will always do this effectively. We provide a safe, fun and comfortable setting for them to learn and play. We follow strict safeguarding policies and staff are kept up to date with relevant training on this to ensure all children are safe and protected at all times.
